Focus more on performance and getting the job done than elevator gossips and lobbying

Getter better training and preparation when onboarded in management positions, especially about leadership and communication skills

The Sitel values as they are envisioned globally by the company and not how local managers see it

The possibility of making a positive difference in the life of people that are under my umbrella and ensure our clients and their customers have an outstanding experience

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Basic things such as better work material (equivalent smartphone, PC, headsets) as other people in my position and equal opportunities when applying for a promotion, based on performance instead of lobbying and paying back favors
