Its SHIT. Sorry to say, but management have completely lost the ball, an is unable to turn it around. The only think the have tried, is telling every one that they will get fired. I dont see that as great leadership.

There are so many thing wrong. From Managers and up.

Everything, I have a manager that dont know what my work consist of.

That we stick together and help each other. Because the management team dont care about us.
