If the leaders and managers took some time to understand my work and treated me with more respect instead of constantly questioning most of what me and my co-workers do.
Listen to what obstacles the different departments are dealing with instead of just always looking at numbers. It would also be nice if it felt like the leaders actually knew which tasks and assignments the different departments are working with.
