What are some of the best things about your team?

Well I necessarily work by myself, but I love seeing everyone and adding a smile to their day.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that I know them individually. I can count on them being at work just as much as I am here.

What makes you most happy at work?

I can make a difference in someone's day just by speaking to them or writing one of my affirmations for them to read.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I try to create a nice working atmosphere for everyone. Who wants to continuously work in a place where you feel mad or down?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like I add VALUE to the company, however, compensation differs. I understand the position I'm in would be an expense, but a dollar or two wouldn't hurt.
