I would like them to improve the training, to improve the system, on the various benefits that the company has, that HR, inform the new recruits a manual on how to use the tools to send the hiring documents.

The payment in the current answer is lower than equivalent companies, and in the payment schedule, double discounts always appear, which HR does not explain to the staff, what it is about

Greater correlation is needed in the training methods, and the technological tools used within, as outside the company to work and share, such as Workplace, Microsoft Teams, and tools for professional growth of internal job vacancies, selected by the same collaborator.
