Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't know for other country but I know Sitel pays less than other company for similar work. I could feel better if market alignment is done
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Be bigger could be difficult and structure should follow the change. Some current competencies will no longer be required tomorrow, and the reverse (some competencies are required but not in the company or not at the good place)
