I get to say I am grateful to have a job but there are so many areas of opportunities that I get to feel that nothing I do is enough. And leaders are supposed to lead by example and they keep on doing the opposite.

We try to do our very best to stay united and have fun
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More chill spaces, less burocracy, less paperwork with providers, less control related to other countries' policies and activities. More leaders involved and that actually care about their plans and commitments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued as I have plenty responsibilities not related 100% with my core role (which I am unaware still of the formal job description). I feel other companies have more benefits and salary to complete their job.
