It has been amazing, I've always had the chance to grow, to develop myself, I have the necessary tools to look for information and knowledge, I have a mentor at work, I have coworkers and managers that support me, I have a good salary and I have a job while others cannot afford that.

We are very united and we have fun.

I love the fact that they are very approachable, that they always listen to our ideas and that they are very open to feedback and willing to back you up if needed. True leaders are like that!
