It has been a great experience so far, I have earned many things personally and I have been able to learn new things. Overall, I do recommend Sitel but I believe other industries are paying more for the same job and that's why people used to leave the company.

There's a lot of work and there's no much time to complete it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary we are getting it's one of the lowest. It would be fantastic to have an increase on the salary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To be more conscious about all the upcoming changes, to think on the reps, but also to think on the management staff. To provide any kind of motivation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can only talk about the people I know and the people I get along, we try to make funny things to feel better and in that way have a great day at work, the environment is made by us, not by the company.
