I have learned a lot by my own and i appreciate some of the opportunities that have been granted, however there are some shady things, like unbalanced pay, or even partiality and favoritism.

Experience is been good and bad at times, Good when you like what you are doing, bad when you are not paying good enough or fairly for what you have invested.

It took me a whole career path and studies and licenses to get to where I am, and people with no knowledge or experience are getting way better paid than me?

Pay fairly, consider licenses, titles and academic achievements. consider development, Restructure HR, avoid nepotism or influence of the recruitment personnel. adjust cost of living for the countries where the salary has been the same for the past 15 years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are smart, self motivated,they study and learn a lot, they are always looking for ways to continuous improvement, they love what they do, although they believe they are not valued or appreciated specially when they look at the different departments.
