Due to the big responsibility I have and all the effort I have made since the beginning to go the extra mile

Boring environment and terrible ways of giving "growing opportunities" by using random metrics we can't control to decide if we deserve a better position or not

is a very organized company, there's always an answer for employees, we feel heard. We have an excellence culture, we always try to thrive in what we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least raise our pay check, what you are paying is nothing compared to the amount of money you guys are saving burning out your agents just to keep your relationship with capital one
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sitel is getting a terrible reputation among agents and and non agents that's why your cheap marketing is not working, you better start making changes and listen to your employees, even my barber knows and listen to terrible stories about sitel from other employees that go there.
