Colleques. history and hope that the future will change... or possibility to leave.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like to have a transparency, people are promoted without any tests/ reasons while others are doing the job. Check the learning team, who is promoted in the last year and who not, check the fluktuation (un- and voluntary). Explorer/ Navigator do not any tests ...

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like the global Sitel and the past at the current situation there is nothing to like in Germany. Pressure, growth without addional people. Unfairness and too much work. Check Corona Hotline, people working on that: Additonal growth and no additonal staff. HR, Learning, Ops working nonstop

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need the education and training. Training programs are superficial and don't prepare people for the job. They are lost! The get the title as an OM but no solid education, so they have to struggle and leave the company- Same for TM, level of quality is worse and they try even reduce training.!!
