Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sitel is an international group and I find it 's too bad that the employees cannot benefit from a cell phone, to be able to spend our trips when we travel by car in expense report. No incentive bonus. No works council. No seminar for salespeople
