Overall it is good, but can be better. I would happily stay forever if there were more career opportunities, pay was competitive and there were yearly performance based pay rises in line with inflation.

I started in a new industry on the bottom rung with no idea what I was doing. Five years later I have development plans, a secure and successful position on a campaign that is thriving. This was only due to the support and investment in both time and resources by my leadership team.

Salary not competitive with other similar roles in the area. No performance based pay review structure.

We support each other to reach our goals and nobody tries to outperform each other, we are more like family
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely put people first, it's not just a tag line. They actively want to see people improve and become the best version of themselves and they do everything that can to help them get there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How wellness is encouraged and the signposting available - my life was saved by the counselling that was available to me that I would have had to wait 8 months for on the NHS and couldn't afford privately.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are based on a points system rather than discount and products are not relevant to my lifestyle with the exception of cinema perks. My pay is £2k above the people I am managing but £17k less than my manager yet my responsibilities are
