Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel Compensation Adjustment is needed for my role. Although it is not the same role as management, compensation still feels insufficient for the role.

The work I perform can be comparable to the one of a manager in many ways, yet, the pay-rate is quite too different from it. It is understandable that while not being exactly the same, there might be some difference, but should not be that much.
