Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not undervalued - Just I need other people to drive and pick my daughters from and to school, I need to excuse myself before my wife with flowers and presents... as I miss a lot of birthdays, concerts, and etc, which is costly. More budget for HC in the team -> good alternative to make balance work
