Everyone is fully commited with the operational results and take any ethic means to accomplish the targets.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sitel has a great speach about quality of life and take the need measures to match speach with actions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It seems they are really interested on the happiness of the operational levels, but there is a lack of actions for the most specialized teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hiring team took advantage on I was was available for a long time to offer a compensation 20% under my expectations. They were not clear I will be excluded from the annual compensation adjustment negotiated by the union neither I will be only manager in the team with no annual bonus.
