I started as an agent and i have spent the last 17 growing and getting the opportunity to hold mulitple positions that have allowed me to help shape the careers of others

I have worked with the company for over 17 years and it has become my 2nd family. The work can be challenging but it has given me the opportunity to grow and learn new things that I never thought I would get the change to use.

The work load is more than what can be achieved in 40 hrs a day

For the amount of work being done there should be a higher pay compared to incenter Operations

We work well above 40 hrs a week because of the amount of work we have to do because we have to support multiple accounts in order to save cost
