I like winning, scoreboards, achievements, bravely going where no sitel employee has gone before

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like fun at work, I like GOS, I find the common social framework really helps us work together as a global company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The wage is comparable to a mcdonalds general manager and below the national average for a comparable callcenter management position. But this is the case for most sitel wages down to the agent level.
