Leadership needs to make large investments in upgrading facilities and technology for money processing. Machines always breaking and software looks and works like it is from the 80s. Wages are low for the work required of the employees doing all the actual work, so high turnover.

Management above the branch level is made up of a bunch of banking and retail people who have no working knowledge about the transportation side of things nor what it takes to make things happen on the ground level.

Im still receiving the starting pay but I have higher experience and do a good job at the sites to keep our security service well respected.

Life changes at the same salary but the office offers a bonus. Guards we're forgotten we are not paid night allowance ..
