We receive an annual bonus that is based on performance. The company has funded the bonus pool at 100%+ for the last six years.
Great PTO/sick time policy for employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a 20 plus year employee, received very little increases throughout my years of employment. I was given more work however was promised opportunities of growth and I am continuing to wait for them.
Company has no core values or standards.
While compensation and benefits are a complete package, they have great benefits, compensation is lower compared to everyone else. Then they promise to fix it, and don't.
