What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is a place where your hard work will be rewarded. The sheer list of clients is quite unbelievable. As a recruiter, I have so much choice with the clients and all of them are so responsive. It makes us to work harder and get better at what we do. I always want to work here as I love my clients.

The questions are intuitive and not focus on just the recruiting experience. The questions encompass both personality and the technical acumen.

What makes you most happy at work?
The commissions that I earn and the sheer list of the clients that we have makes it worth while to go to work every day. There are some months where I earn 2 times more than my monthly salary.
