Managers are very transparent and communicates well to the rest of the team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing proper staffing ratios per residents in building. Offer help when needed or simply more staff. Stop making false promises and advertisements! The high pay is where they get you but you will see very quickly why they pay higher than average.

The leadership in the Brentwood building is very poor and inexperienced. Corperate training has been either non existent or ineffective.

The Aides are worked to death and do not get any help or appreciation. We are just more bodies to create a skeleton team.

Corperate management has allowed Brentwood to work understaffed for way to many months. Staffing agencies should have been brought in . Work moral and resident care has been affected tremendously.

Brentwood only has a few good employees most are very lazy . Most all rhe good employees have transferred out or changed jobs .

Corperate first needs to listen to the employees who actually do the hands on care. They need to do some major in house management changes.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Micromanaging is a huge problem here. You will not have proper staff numbers because managements lack of care runs new hires off.
