What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is very supportive and trusting. Very conscious of work life balance and showing appreciation to employees. I feel like any idea I have that involves improving process or bringing on new tools, I am given the autonomy to explore. Truly the best work experience I have had in my career.

Employee AND Dependent health coverage covered at 100%. Flexible vacation and respect for work-life balance. Stock options and profit sharing are an added bonus (and hopefully a big add)

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Long story short I feel like we hire good people. I have had a pleasant experience with the people I have met so far. Goodrx cares about actually making an engaging+positive workplace culture. Lots of events, catered food, full time barista, bar in office.
