Work as a team but like all leadership teams there is a disconnect on what middle management and below need to be successful.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay in the 80% range, but that is a really wide range, lots of places pay way more for the same work.

I worked for Cargill before coming to Goodyear!! Cargill is the largest privately owned company in the world!!! The most innovative, diverse and moving forward. Goodyear Gadsden is still in the eighties at the best!!!! Akron give them a wake up call!!!!!!!

Production is over paid by 10 dollars an hour and maintenance is underpaid 10 dollars an hour. Simple economics.
