The leadership is pretty good, friendly people and atmosphere. One thing is they have no tolerance for mistakes and we as humans all make them.

The fact that they even have one at all. Most jobs now a days don't offer that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To get paid the same rate as the other employees since we do the same job. New hires hired after 2010 make $6 less than the ones hired before it and we do the same job. It would be fair to make the same.

they have a 2 tier wage system so i do the same job for significantly less money as those with a few years more experience than me

We all treat each other as family instead on strangers. Makes our jobs a bit easier

Less drama and trying to get people in trouble. They need to just do there job and not try to sabotage other employees.
