What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Company leadership team is transparent. We know our financial goals and current status. The leadership team is also very enthusiastic and encouraging. The most recent companywide summit was very motivating.

The Company provides a bonus program as well as equity which is not common for a company backed by private equity.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Everything was communicated before, I just had to show up and complete the interview. Also it was nice to get to meet many different people while interviewing to get a feel for the company.
