What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good leadership and progressive onset

They are present, not in my day to day role but they hold regular talks with the department, are honest and open regarding future play, approachable, take time to listen and do not turn away from challenges the department faces, they seek to resolve these head on.

Decisions making is slow due to the amount of bureaucracy. Leadership should also value their people.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual benefits enrolment, some of which are fully funded by the company, others which are part funded by yourself and subsidised by the company and others which are fully funded by yourself but at a reduced rate are all worthy benefits. Share scheme is another and the Pension match scheme.

HSBC has not invested in employee career growth. As a result, coworkers often lose their technical skills.

You are encouraged to Speak Up when things are not going well, whether that's personally, a problem in work, work life balance, there is no judgement but support to help you address what is needed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
HSBC has been cutting / pushing jobs to low cost centers. Quality of the products suffer as does the Business.
