What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm paid below market. I would feel better about my compensation if I was paid fairly, commensurate with my experience.

I don't necessarily feel undervalued compared to teammates; I just think that Services as a whole are underpaid compared to Product/Engineering (and compared to Services roles at other tech companies in the area).

the open space to 'fail' and figure out went wrong, shamelessly to get it right the next time

Commitment to transparency, everyone has a voice and a place at the table (regardless of title), walking the walk when it comes to DI&B, lots of intention and thought behind new policies

The people are easily the best part about the culture and environment here. But more recently, the fact that we've been actually taking action on things we've talked about for years (DI&B, fair compensation, etc) has been amazing to see and I think it says volumes about us as a company.
