My HubSpot experience has changed drastically over the years, but I can say that this is the happiest I've been at the company since I first started. We have changed in many ways for the better & I'm proud to see us take important steps in matters like DI&B while being transparent w/our shortcomings

Interacting with my coworkers and favorite customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is there for you no matter what. Whether you have a tricky work issue or you need to vent about something in your personal life, we have each others' backs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't necessarily feel undervalued compared to teammates; I just think that Services as a whole are underpaid compared to Product/Engineering (and compared to Services roles at other tech companies in the area).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are easily the best part about the culture and environment here. But more recently, the fact that we've been actually taking action on things we've talked about for years (DI&B, fair compensation, etc) has been amazing to see and I think it says volumes about us as a company.
