We have great healthcare, stock options ,flexible time off, and lots of in office perks

They are transparent about the business and about their own personal goals. They are very approachable and easy to talk to.

My team supports each other, shares their failures and their wins with each other and genuinely cares about success for the team

My team gets along so well, aside from helping each other troubleshoot, we also ask each other fun questions and share things that bring joy to the crew!

My manager is so kind and approachable. He genuinely cares about each and every one of us on our team. Our team is also very close and really helps each other out!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the amount of work Support does and the amount they are expected to know warrants a little bit more pay. I think it is great that we have seen these tides start to change, but there is still work to be done
