What does the leadership team need to get better at?
As a part time job, she always gave me different targets than the other part time. Ask me to do all the stocks and garbage which has no commission.

be less demanding. people dont want more credit cards and forcing your employees to harass customers about it is a great way to make people not want to shop at your company

Ask the right questions when entering a conversation they preseve to be staff fooling around. Stop the favoratism, stop the mid shift accosting of staff, etc )
