What did you like most about the interview process?I dont like the interview process at any company really. Most questions are worded so just to confuse you and based only on someone being able to answer them in a structure format like STAR. The responses and capabilites of a person dont even matter.
What makes you most happy at work?Knowing I accomplished the task I laid out for myself as well as helping others to do the same.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? Most are light- hearted about difficult situations and stressful days. Making the overall 10-12 hrs seem less than it is.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?do more drugs screening for the safety of the workers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?to be more proud and understanding to their workers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?the way the company treats their employees
