What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management integrity - The IBM management in our project is secretive. They do not want to tell the client and IBM employees right away if there is a resigning employee. The last time the team lead resigned, we are notified just the day before the team lead's last day of work.

I feel like I am being compensated below the market rate. Additionally, HashiCorp benefits are inferior compared to other public companies (401-K match, gym benefit, better therapy/mental health benefits)

Every employee must have the right to have overtime pay especially to us working overtime for 4-6 overtime hours for consecutive days during month-end.

I see that there is a lot of confusion with all changes facing in the company with a management team just waiting for news to be implemented but no real new initiatives,
