What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More autonomy and less control and command

More support for managers. Mgmt-intensive culture but teams are far too big for mgrs to do their job well. I can't grow without more support

It was hard and challenging but very interesting. Areas of improvement: all my interviewers were white Texan males (five people), which doesn't show the best picture in terms of company diversity
