The executive team is accessible and transparent. During the COVID times both the head of HR and the CEO ran open Zoom 'Office Hours' where they would answer any questions employees might ask. They stand behind the company values. The company supports charitable causes with 100% match.

There are so many special programs, including charitable matching and a recognition program where the company gives each employee a set sum each month to award in thanks to other employees. The IRA match, health and dental benefits are competitive.

Employees from various teams work together well to get things done under fast-paced pressure. There are a lot of really smart, dedicated people working here.

The ability to meet a variety of people. I am in a manager job and met both my Director and the EVP.
