Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increased Compensation when promoted, and yearly. Missing out on good compensation when we perform the best for years and give ideas that can improve our teams productivity and work better!

I believe I am making less money than I could be making because I have stayed with Informatica for years. I would be making more money if I left for different companies and came back.

apart from the yearly appraisal, there was no appraisal associated with the promotion which i understand happened company wide, but is something that would really make good difference

Authenticity is natural and encouraged/supported. Stemming from this comes pleasurable personalities to emerge, senses of humor, and deeper human connection in general.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager consistently solicits feedback on his leadership/management style and is invested in how each of us on the team is doing and feeling about the work. He frequently asks if there is anything else we are interested in being involved in and is supportive.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love that there are always events and opportunities to learn new skills and build upon knowledge. EIG events, TechTalks, access to Coursera, etc.
