Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is fair but the workload can be overwhelming.

I do feel undervalued. I find that other teams/groups are paid more fairly. Often times I am told that the compensation percentage is not high this year but then hear that other people are getting significantly more money for being at the company for less of a time period.

The team has downsized multiple times over the past couple years. However, the workload has increased. To keep up the team has to work extra time which is unpaid. Perhaps if extra time worked was compensated, I would be valued more.

Compensation should be higher as we are at the low end of the benchmark assuming we are using MNCs as benchmarks, not SMEs.
