Our leadership team is so hardworking, but they also take the time out of their extremely busy schedules to individually check in and make sure everyone's supported, that their needs are met, and that their personal well-being is also taken care of!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The acceptance of a WFH model that we've committed to. Without the looming wonder if we'll return to the office. I enjoy the comfortability of WFH and knowing that we would not immediately return to office.

Our culture team is constantly working to think of fun and exciting new ways for us to interact, in person as well as virtually. Representation is also huge and they work hard to make sure everyone feels included! The environment is so welcoming and happy.
