What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Fire mangers that are vindictive and divide staff

What makes you most happy at work?

I'm there to serve the patients. That's the only thing i care about.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Better job of vetting future employees. They are becomming so desperate for staff that they will hire anyone

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Scheduleling, staffing frontline. Listening to problems and solutions that frontline offers. Implement a test of change to resolve workflow issues.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Change the expectation that one person can do the job of three.
