This an organization with chronic bad management. We keeping thinking it can't get worse, but everytime they exceed our expectations. The quality of heslth has gone down due to the restrictions management has put of physicians and other health care workers. Its not a good place to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have formed a group outside of KP to support each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Low co-pays. That said the quality of the care has decreased and access is out of compliance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the direct care staff are truly concerned about the patients. Limitations are from management, not direct care stsff

Poor management Disaffected and burnt out staff Over regulated Focus on profit not patient care Improvement: Go back to Labor Management Partnership Better trained managers Reduce organization regulations More efficent IT programs for charting snd documentation More effecient scheduling
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to stop hamstrining their workers with over regulation, KP has its own regulations on top of state a federal regs. They need to invest in an efficient Technology for charting and documentation. They also need to involve the people who are doing the job to find creative and cost-effective
