Poor access to see clinicians. Not enough clinicians or support staff
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually listening to members and staff and change their attitude to appreciate tbeir employees and retain the ones they have by staffing approprately and not cutting wages or benefits. Give a retention bonus!!
