What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Its very slow. I would speed it up.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

New Director. It all starts and stops with him.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

This job is the lowest paying job in my field in my region. They put value on the benefits as an excuse to mark down their salary/wage offers but benefits shouldn't be equited as compensation when it isn't an acceptable form of payment anywhere else but KP.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Management seems out of touch with the department and money hungry. They make decisions based on saving money on the budget (which they in turn can pocket) and not on quality patient care/experiences. There's a clear disconnect and mamagement thag has tried to change the culture resign eventually.
