70% of them are team players and I can trust them, the other 30% are disloyal and think of themselves only.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't want to pay union scale compared to other contracts. Once our pay is equal to other engineers, then it would be fair.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating their employees with respect and following the union contract. They try to manipulate the contract all the time. They need to stop giving our jobs to outside contractors.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The greed of higher-ups is incredible. They get their increases and bonuses while our increases are below the cost of living. If they stop cutting staff and pay fair wages
