Pay us the same as the other Local 39 hospitals are compensated.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We are not appreciated. After all we have been through during the pandemic to be treated the way we are is pathetic.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They constantly overwork and underpay their staff. The executives received a 166% increase in 2017. Really, They won't give us 4%. Shame on them.
