Hard to generalize I think but your experience can vary depending on who you are & which department you are in. In general, my experience had been that If you are not white then you better work like crazy or be from an Ivy League School to really move ahead. Too many people in the middle mgmt.

Challenging, impactful Fast-paced work and positive team relationships.

Getting to industry standards and qualifications

I find it very hard to see their vision & collaboration.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Build a trusting relationship and really value team goals instead of individual agendas.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Posting the right profile for the job, having the right people on the panel, and not having a crazy reference check process like with the CPMG group
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
As a brown woman, I feel like a complete outsider and I am never offered opportunities to grow even though I am more than qualified for it & keep striving for it.
