It is very hard work, and the company has not scaled to such a large level well. I have worked at some Kaiser locations that are great, others terrible. Benefits and pay are top of line, so it really depends on your priorities. Overall, worth the headache and stress for me, but not for many others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid more than anywhere.... by FAR. Retirement package is incredible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is someone who enjoys developing people. They are friendly and patient and listen very well. Transparent and up front. Make a clear effort to improve everyone's experiences, and coach and inspire staff. Friendly family-feel, like everyone is part of.
