What does the leadership team need to get better at?

VALUING EMPLOYEES ABOVE PROFIT OR THEIR OWN BONUSES!!!!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people are dedicated to each other and providing customer care

What are some of the best things about your team?

Dedication to the job and ensuring proper care while fighting against our own employer for staff and USABLE upgrades

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Lowest paid in my profession in Bay Area. Am a frontline worker and was not even offered a cost of living increase. Also severely short staffed

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Appreciate the frontline employees with proper wages and staffing levels. Kaiser would rather fight employees on wages and staffing while spending millions to prove a point instead of showing that we and our work are the backbone of the system.
