Everyone at kaiser is overwhelmed with the amount of work and ridiculous demands the are imposing. Physicians just look tired, nurses and other supporting staff just can't handle it no more. After covid things are just not the same and the CEO does not care, as long as he gets his fat paycheck.

We often don't have them because we don't have time

We are supportive of each other, we get along well. There are over 40 people in my department. Its great crew
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are caring people but they are been asked to so too much my boss also just quit. He tired of doing the work of 5 people. No one last, and the few that did, are finaly leaving
