My immediate supervisors and managers are good hardworking people however it’s the upper management and highly paid executives that are not so popular.
We know that the organization is growing at a high rate and making record profits, the executives are very well compensated, but the people doing the grunt work is not getting compensated commensurate to the organizations rate of growth
We work very well together and achieve our depth goals 99% of the time, our immediate supervisors are very well liked because they are effective and fair also most of them started the same as everybody so they know what we go through
